In collaboration with Metier, NFM Group has developed a leadership program focused on competence-building in cultural understanding, communication, and leadership for middle managers across Europe. This program aims to develop a strong and unified culture among our managers across our global organization, equipping them with the skills needed to lead teams effectively as NFM Group continues to grow.

Building Power skills for a strong and shared management culture

With a workforce of over 1,000 employees from more than 30 nationalities across Europe and the USA, NFM Group has made a global impact, becoming a leading player in the defense industry. By developing our middle managers, we are strengthening collaboration across our businesses. 

The program focuses on enhancing relationships and interpersonal skills in key areas such as cultural understanding, communication, teamwork, self-management, and stress management. It also emphasizes leadership that motivates and inspires across national borders.
